How does it work?
Drop off your computer at one of our two Seattle locations for a diagnostic. Fill out a service form with the data you would like recovered. Once we have determined the amount of data that needs to be recovered and if it is still recoverable, we will give you a call with the estimate.

What can you recover?
We can recover any data including, but not limited to, pictures, music, videos, documents, databases, spreadsheets, and presentation. If you have any software that needs to be recovered, chances are it will need to be reinstalled from the original disc since trying to recover and reuse it will most likely not work.

Can you completely erase my data?
Yes, we offer data erasing services. If you are thinking about selling, donating, or throwing away your computer or hard drive, it is a good idea to have the hard drive wiped clean to protect your personal information. Simply deleting a file on the computer does not physically remove it from the hard drive and is easily retrievable in the right hands.
