How do I get my computer repaired?
Drop off your computer at one of two Seattle locations which can be found on our 'Contact' page. Simply fill out a service form and pay nothing up front!

After performing a diagnostic on your computer to identify what is causing the problem, we will call you to let you know exactly what the problem is and how much it will cost to repair. On average, diagnostics take 2-3 days to perform but can vary depending on the problem.

If you decide to have the computer repaired, the diagnostic fee will go towards your repair cost. Sometimes customers decide to purchase a new computer instead of repairing an aging one. We can help you retrieve and transfer data from your old computer to new one.
