After performing a diagnostic on your computer to identify what is causing the problem, we will call you to let you know exactly what the problem is and how much it will cost to repair. On average, diagnostics take 2-3 days to perform but can vary depending on the problem.
We’ll also save you money by repairing your computer so you don’t have to replace it with a brand new one.

Do you charge separate fee for diagnostic & repairing my computer?
If you decide to have the computer repaired, the diagnostic fee will go towards your repair cost. Sometimes customers decide to purchase a new computer instead of repairing an aging one. We can help you retrieve and transfer data from your old computer to new one.
