Q: My computer is having issues. Where do I begin?
A: Start by giving us a call at 206- 525-2266, or by visiting one of our two Seattle locations. One of our friendly technicians will gladly give you a quick, free consultation, but we recommend checking in your computer so we can perform a full diagnostics regimen.

A: We do full hardware and software diagnostics, testing each individual component for faults or damage. We will also disassemble your computer when necessary to get to the root of any issue.
Q: How much does a diagnostic cost?

Q: Does the diagnostic fee go towards paying for repairs?
A: Yes, the $49 diagnostic fee will be discounted from the cost of labor on a given computer.
Q: Do I have to pay for a diagnostic to be performed even if I think I already know what is wrong with my computer?

Q: About how long will it take for my computer to be fixed?
